It is a premier Open Technology event for developers, contributors, start-ups, and technology companies in Asia and covers topics from Open Source software to hardware and science. Former summits have taken place in Saigon/Ho-Chi-Minh City, Phnom Penh, Singapore, Berlin and Potsdam, Germany. 开源技术峰会是一个数年来致力于开源方案及专案的技术型聚会，之前活动的地点分布在新加坡、越南、柬埔寨及德国.
