Abstract of the talk:

This webinar will deep into a novel methodology in a TEM to preserve hydrated protein crystals in their buffer liquid for electron diffraction experiments. As a complementary technique to cryoEM, this gives important insights to the crystallinity of proteins at room temperature, providing a new way for their investigation at closer to real life conditions.
