OSB Alliance - Bundesverband für digitale Souveränität e.V.

The Open Source Business Alliance - Bundesverband für digitale Souveränität e.V.. (OSB Alliance) is the association of the open source industry in Germany. The OSB Alliance represents around 170 member companies that employ approximately 10,000 people¹ in Germany and generate more than 1.7 billion euros annually.
The goal of the association is to establish open source as a standard in public procurement and in research and business development. Open source and open standards are compelling foundations for digital sovereignty, innovation capability and security in the digital transformation and thus the answer to one of the greatest challenges of our time.

The OSB Alliance networks IT users and IT providers from business and public administration as well as scientific institutions.
