Our chief endevour is to increase digital equity by foregrounding accessibility, combatting the common issue of accessibility as an afterthought in software development. To create an avenue towards building an accessible world that can guide, teach digital rights campaigners and the larger FOSSAsia community to establish a more dignified living for people with different disabilities. By providing the necessary tools and web accessibility frameworks to the larger community, accessibility in the digital rights world will ensure the integral development of persons with disabilities in a barrier-free society.
Having diverse sets of users from multiple perspectives is important to cover the bases ofusability, accessibility, and security:● Users representing your different personas will improve usability issues● Users that employ different assistive technologies will improve accessibility issues● Users that have a range of threat models will improve security and privacy issues.
